Here are some places to find grocery coupons:
Coupon Swap Clubs - If there isn’t a club in your neighborhood, start your own. It could be as simple as trading coupons you don’t need with friends or neighbors.
Entertainment Books - These books are usually sold by schools and community groups for fund raising. The books are usually local and are full of advertisements and coupons.
Internet - Coupon sites where you can search and print grocery coupons you want. There are also coupon sites that will automatically email you the coupons you want. Product manufacturer’s web sites may offer coupons for brands you are interested in. eBay is also a place to buy grocery coupons if you don’t want to spend the time to hunt down and clip the coupons yourself. Just be sure you know what manufacturer coupons you are buying and that the coupons have not expired. Keep in mind that with coupons on eBay, you are paying for the coupon clipping service and not for the free grocery coupons.
Local libraries - Some libraries set up bins for coupon swaps.
Mail - Product manufacturers, usually through promotional companies, send coupons right to your home.
Magazines - Product manufacturers sometimes include coupons with advertising layouts, or as inserts between the pages of the magazine.
Product Packages - Coupons are sometimes printed on the packaging, or included inside the product to encourage repeat purchases.
In Store - Coupons in the store’s advertising flyer. Coupon dispensers on the shelves. Sample tables where you not only get a free sample of the product but often times you can pick up discount coupons for that product. On the back of register receipts.
And of course…
Sunday Newspaper - Nearly 90% of all manufacturers coupons issued in the United States are delivered in your Sunday paper.
Did I cover all the obvious places to find coupons? If you know of other not-so-obvious places to look for those coupons and want to share with other coupon clippers, please email me.
